Community Service and Prospective Member Event: Volunteers of America Family Shelter

We are hosting a birthday party! We have a wonderful opportunity to host a birthday party at Volunteers of America. We need volunteers to provide a cake or cupcakes, candles, decorations, plates, napkins, utensils & drinks (preferably juice). We should plan on 55 children & parents attending.  VOA will supply birthday gifts, but have asked for a few people to wrap gifts at the party. We also need to plan a few activities/games for children of elementary school age. Event hours are 7-8pm. Please bring any prospective members who would be interested in joining YWC! This is a wonderful opportunity to show prospectives an important aspect of being in the club, volunteering!
